The Project

The client wished to improve the social area to the rear of their property and enhance their garden by sympathetically joining both areas.

The Process

Removing existing natural stone retaining walling, de-shrub, dig out and remove soil bank. Adjust existing inspection chamber heights and creating concrete footings for new retaining wall. Build a concrete block and reconstructed stone retaining wall with rendered panels including steps and ramp to the slightly elevated garden. Install drainage for the new aluminium & glass veranda. Lay a Indian sandstone slab patio and point in with epoxy mortar. Join the rear to the front of the property with brick paving to connect on to front driveway. Install the new aluminium & glass veranda.
